Dear Valued Customer:
On August 1, 2019, GSK and Pfizer entered into an agreement to combine their consumer healthcare brands into one Joint Venture, named GSK Consumer Healthcare. As part of the integration, on July 1, 2020 the company will transition to one harmonized system, GSK’s current SAP system. After that date, the company will be on one order to cash system. This means that all GSK Consumer Healthcare and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare products will be ordered, shipped and invoiced through a common system and from common locations.
With that in mind, we have two important changes that we would like to share with you in regard to placing an order and submitting a claim for reimbursement.
Note that we will continue to process, and ship orders placed on PfizerPort now until June 19. However, orders placed on PfizerPort after June 19 will not be accepted. Effective July 6, customers that qualify for direct purchase under the new Terms of Sale will need to follow the steps below to a place order:
Email Purchase Order document to TELEORDERS@GSK.COM. A GSK Customer Service Representative (CSR) will acknowledge order receipt the same or following business day depending on time of receipt. After review and processing of the Purchase Order, the GSK CSR will send a confirmation email with the GSK order number and order details. It is recommended to send GSK Consumer Healthcare’s Retail or Case UPC Numbers (14-digit GTIN). Unit of Measure: GSK will invoice in the same unit of measure (each or case) in which orders are received.
In addition, the last day to submit a funding claim for reimbursement with Inmar is June 18. Aligned with the July 1 joint venture cutover, moving forward promotional funding will also be allocated to customers who can deduct the claim from their next invoice. To receive reimbursements accurately and efficiently, please submit all supporting documentations such as proper debit memo and/or proof of performance along with the remittance claim.
